Masonic Lodge Sponsorship Submission

 To be used for submitting sponsorship for students ​who have already sent in a sponsorship request to the Kansas Shrine Bowl office.

Masonic Lodge (or unaffiliated Sponsor) Sponsorship Application

To be used for submitting sponsorship applications for students who have completed their hard-copy paper application with your lodge, or all non-Masonic affiliated sponsors.
