Cheerleaders learn new cheers, chants, tumbling and stunts, cheer in the Kansas Shrine Bowl Parade, cheer and perform at the televised Kansas Shrine Bowl game and participate in a college cheer combine!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- To ensure your spot in the 2027 camp, complete your pre-registration above and send your $500 team deposit as soon as possible.
- Cheerleaders may attend as an individual or with a team.
CAMP COST INFORMATION
- $500 team deposit due to guarantee your team's spot at camp
- The team deposit will be deducted from your final camp invoice. For example: If you are bringing 10 cheerleaders to camp, you can secure your team's place at camp with a $500 team deposit now. Once your final team registration information is submitted you will be invoiced the full camp fee of $3500 ($350/cheerleader), with a $500 deposit credit, for a total remaining camp balance owed of $3000.
- Team deposit is refundable prior to the registration week deadline of 5/14/27. Please see below for full camp refund policy.
- Teams may still register without the team deposit, if space is still available at the time of registration.
- Total camp fee is $350/cheerleader
- Day campers who will not be staying in the dorms and eating breakfast may deduct $50/participant; Full participation in all other activities required. Please let the Kansas Shrine Bowl office know if you will not be staying at the dorms during camp to get an accurate invoice.
- Camp fee for Coaches/Sponsors is $150/coach
- The coach fee will be waived per every 10 cheerleaders registered with team. For example: If you have 12 cheerleaders and 2 coaches, 1 of the 2 coaches will be free and the 2nd coach will pay $150 camp fee. If you have 20 cheerleaders and 2 coaches, both coaches will be free.
REFUND POLICY
- full refunds, including the team deposit, will be issued for any changes or cancellations made prior to the registration deadline on 5/14/27.
- full refunds, minus the team deposit paid, will be issued for any changes or cancellations made following the 5/14/27 registration deadline through 5/31/27.
- 1/2 refund, minus the team deposit paid, will be issued for any changes or cancellations made between 6/1/27 through 6/11/27.
- Any changes or cancellations after 6/11/27 will not be issued a refund, this includes any campers that fail to report to camp, or report to camp and leave camp early.
*all refunds, if necessary, will be processed following the conclusion of camp

- Lodging throughout the duration of camp at Emporia State University.
- Organized camp cheer instruction
- Kansas Shrine Bowl cheer game day shirt
- Insurance and performance during camp and the 54th Kansas Shrine Bowl
- Team photo in the Shrine Bowl Game Program (must be submitted prior to 5/24/27 to guarantee inclusion)
ADDITIONAL CAMP INFORMATION
- All cheerleaders will need to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. Please print this form and have team members complete prior to final registration, where you will upload these signed forms.
- All cheerleaders will need to complete a Prior Injury Report. Please print this form and have team members complete prior to final registration, where you will upload these forms.
- Optional camp wear is available to purchase via the online cheer store.
- If your team is needing hotel rooms on Tuesday, before camp or Saturday night, following camp, please book early! Availability will be limited! Visit www.KansasShrineBowl.com/hotels for the latest hotel information as it is updated. The Kansas Shrine Bowl does not provide hotel rooms for teams.

- All participant forms should be submitted by this date. If your forms are ready prior to this date, you may submit them at any time.
- Final camp roster is due by this date for proper program listing, apparel orders, etc.
- Final team invoices will be sent out following this registration deadline, if not requested sooner.
Monday, May 24, 2027 - Photo Submission Deadline for Game Program
- Team photos must be submitted by this date in order to guarantee placement in the 2027 Kansas Shrine Bowl Game Program.
- Please send your team photo, with name captions, to [email protected].

- all cheer apparel orders must be submitted by this date.
Monday, May 31, 2027 - Payment Deadline for All Camp Fees
- Total Camp Balance is due by this date.
