Cheerleaders learn new cheers, chants, tumbling and stunts, cheer in the Kansas Shrine Bowl Parade, cheer and perform at the televised Kansas Shrine Bowl game and participate in a college cheer combine!

- Dorm Check-Out/Camp travels to Dodge City*
*teams with their own transportation at camp will be allowed to transport their own team to Dodge City. Bus transportation will be provided for all teams/campers needing transportation to Dodge City for the conclusion of camp. Camp will not return to Great Bend.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- The 2025 camp size is limited, to ensure your spot at camp send the $50/cheerleader deposit as soon as possible.
- Complete the appropriate registration form for your team below as soon as possible to reserve your team's spot at camp.
- Cheerleaders may attend as an individual or with a team.
CAMP COST INFORMATION
- $325/cheerleader if deposit is paid by Friday, April 11, 2025
- Camp cost increases to $350/cheerleader after April 11, 2025 through the registration deadline of May 9, 2025.
- Day campers who will not be staying in the dorms or eating breakfast may deduct $50/participant; Full participation in all other activities required. Please let the Kansas Shrine Bowl office know if you will not be staying at the dorms during camp.
- $150/Coach/Sponsor/Parent (coach fee is waived per every 10 cheerleaders registered with team)
- After registration form is submitted, you will receive an invoice from the Kansas Shrine Bowl Office for your initial deposit of $50/camper
- Full camp fee amount will be due on or before 5/30/25. The total camp fees will be invoiced upon request, or following the registration deadline week on 5/9/25 if not requested sooner.
REFUND POLICY
- full refunds will be issued for changes prior to registration deadline on 5/9/25
- full refunds, minus deposit paid, will be issued for changes through 5/30/25
- any changes after 5/30/25 will be issued a refund of 1/2 of their registration fee
*all refunds, if necessary, will be processed following the conclusion of camp
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- All meals during camp
- Lodging throughout the duration of camp at both Great Bend (6/18-6/19) & Dodge City (6/20).
- Organized Camp Cheer Instruction
- Kansas Shrine Bowl Cheer Game Day Shirt
- Insurance and performance during camp and the 52nd Kansas Shrine Bowl Game presented by Mammoth
- Team photo in the Shrine Bowl Game Program (must be submitted prior to 5/16/25 to guarantee inclusion)
ADDITIONAL CAMP INFORMATION
- All cheerleaders will need to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. Please print this form and have team members complete prior to final registration, where you will upload these signed forms.
- All cheerleaders will need to complete a Prior Injury Report. Please print this form and have team members complete prior to final registration, where you will upload these forms.
- Optional camp wear is available to purchase via the online cheer store.
- If your team is needing hotel rooms on Tuesday or Saturday night, please book early! Availability will be limited! Visit www.KansasShrineBowl.com/hotels for the latest hotel information as it is updated.

May 5-9, 2025 - Official Registration Week/Final Deposit Deadline
- All participant forms should be submitted by this week. If your forms are ready prior to this week, you may submit them at any time.
- Final camp roster is due by this week for proper program listing, apparel orders, etc.
- Final invoices will be sent out following registration week, if not requested sooner
May 30, 2025 - Payment Deadline for All Camp Fees
- Total Camp Balance is due by this date
