Cheerleaders learn new cheers, chants, tumbling and stunts, cheer in the Kansas Shrine Bowl Parade, cheer and perform at the televised Kansas Shrine Bowl game and participate in a college cheer combine!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- To ensure your spot in the 2026 camp, complete your pre-registration above and send the $50/cheerleader deposit as soon as possible.
- Cheerleaders may attend as an individual or with a team.
CAMP COST INFORMATION
- $325/cheerleader if deposit is paid by Friday, April 17, 2026
- Camp cost increases to $350/cheerleader after April 17, 2026 through the registration deadline of May 15, 2026.
- Day campers who will not be staying in the dorms or eating breakfast may deduct $50/participant; Full participation in all other activities required. Please let the Kansas Shrine Bowl office know if you will not be staying at the dorms during camp to get an accurate invoice.
- $150/Coach/Sponsor (coach fee is waived per every 10 cheerleaders registered with team)
- After registration form is submitted, you will receive an invoice from the Kansas Shrine Bowl Office for your initial deposit of $50/camper
- Full camp fee amount will be due on or before 5/31/26. The total camp fees will be invoiced upon request, or following the registration deadline week on 5/15/26 if not requested sooner.
REFUND POLICY
- full refunds will be issued for any changes made prior to registration deadline on 5/15/26.
- full refunds, minus deposit paid, will be issued for any changes made following the 5/15/26 registration deadline through 5/31/26.
- 1/2 refund, minus deposit paid, will be issues for any changes made between 6/1/26 through 6/14/26.
- Any changes on 6/15/26 or later will not be issued a refund, this includes any campers that fail to report to camp, or report to camp and leave camp early.
*all refunds, if necessary, will be processed following the conclusion of camp

- All meals during camp
- Lodging throughout the duration of camp at Emporia State University.
- Organized camp cheer instruction
- Kansas Shrine Bowl cheer game day shirt
- Insurance and performance during camp and the 53rd Kansas Shrine Bowl
- Team photo in the Shrine Bowl Game Program (must be submitted prior to 5/22/26 to guarantee inclusion)
ADDITIONAL CAMP INFORMATION
- All cheerleaders will need to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. Please print this form and have team members complete prior to final registration, where you will upload these signed forms.
- All cheerleaders will need to complete a Prior Injury Report. Please print this form and have team members complete prior to final registration, where you will upload these forms.
- Optional camp wear is available to purchase via the online cheer store.
- If your team is needing hotel rooms on Tuesday, before camp or Saturday night, following camp, please book early! Availability will be limited! Visit www.KansasShrineBowl.com/hotels for the latest hotel information as it is updated. The Kansas Shrine Bowl does not provide hotel rooms for teams.

April 17, 2026 - Early Deposit Deadline
- $50 deposit due per cheerleader prior to early bird deadline to lock in the $325/cheerleader rate.
- deposit will be deducted from total camp fees of $325/cheerleader and $150/coach (coach fee is waived per every 10 cheerleaders registered)
*camp fees increase to $350/cheerleader after the April 17, 2026 early deposit deadline
May 15, 2026 - Official Registration Deadline
- All participant forms should be submitted by this date. If your forms are ready prior to this date, you may submit them at any time.
- Final camp roster is due by this date for proper program listing, apparel orders, etc.
- Final invoices will be sent out following this registration deadline, if not requested sooner.
May 22, 2026 - Photo Submission Deadline for Game Program
- Team photos must be submitted by this date in order to guarantee placement in the 2026 Kansas Shrine Bowl Game Program.
- Please send your team photo, with name captions, to [email protected].

- all cheer apparel orders must be submitted by this date.
